WELCOME TO THORPE GREEN HOUSE

Thorpe Green House is an 18th Century former farmhouse where we have two superb double en-suite rooms located at our home in Fylingthorpe, a short walk from Robin Hood's Bay. Both rooms exude character and charm.  Two night minimum stay.

Room 1 has a super-king size bed, a large shower en-suite & flatscreen TV.  

Room 2 has a king size bed, a comfortable sofa, table and chairs and an en-suite bath/elec shower.  Flatscreen TV.

Thorpe Green House offers delightful countryside views, period features and a walled garden. The rooms are well-equipped with hospitality tray, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.  FREE WIFI.

We offer Vegetarian/ Vegan/Continental breakfasts with home-made bread. The premises are entirely non-smoking.  Sorry, we do not accept dogs but we do have a dog of our own, a friendly Lurcher called Flynn.

There is street parking with no restrictions in this part of the village, we have secure storage for bicycles. Thorpe Green House is an ideal base for walking, cycling or sightseeing.

Situated in Fylingthorpe, Upper Bay, we are approximately a ten minute walk from Robin Hood's Bay.  Our local pub, The Fylingdales Inn serve excellent food with good vegetarian/vegan options and it's just a four minute walk from the house. 

There are bistros and pubs serving food, all within walking distance, Smugglers, Brambles Bistro, The Wayfarer, The Bay Hotel, The Victoria Hotel and The Grosvenor.  Tuesday evenings in The Grosvenor are particularly good with live music, featuring Steve Phillips and his band playing country blues.

Cancellation Policy:

No cancellation charge if booking is cancelled before 10 a.m. 7 days before date of arrival.

If  a cancellation is made outside of the above terms the full amount will be charged.
